Wrong Metropolis

So I grew up playing Ratchet and Clank, it's one of my all-time favorite series. We never had a PS1 when I was little though, so even though I've played Enter the Dragonfly, I'd never played any of the original Spyro games made by Insomniac. I started playing them recently, and when I got to Metropolis in Spyro 2, this was the only thing I could think about.
